Tough field. High scores. Not sure what happened with ribs but maybe just wrong table, maybe only 7 in the box. Pork presentation was FBA box no garnish. 8 plus 5 9's.

Looks like I picked a great time to attend a cooking class!

Swamp Boys win / 3eyez win

Two of the hottest teams in the nation and I spent Saturday with Eric Frase (a 3EYEZ member) at the BBQ equipment store learning whole hog.

No I haven't had a chance to fire it up yet, this was on the YS640 and YS Kingman. I plan on breaking in the 1320 this week and competing with it this weekend if I can switch them out on my trailer that fast.
