Presents and Ribeye's with Pr0n!
So had a pretty good week so far in culinary terms!
Delivery #1: Spices from The Spice House.  Delivery #2: Thermoworks! With two new therms! (Do the flames make it faster?)  And then a trip to Costco and found some nice ribeyes. Kosher Salt, Spice House Back of the Yard Garlic-Pepper. Reverse Sear on the Chargriller over RO lump. Mixed Veg and a Baked Potato rounded out dinner.   Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2

Looks great. Gotta love those Costco Rib-Eyes. Get there when they first open and pick them through for the most marbled! Those look way yummy!
