I know, I know...but sometimes the frying pan is the tool of choice when it's rainy in the city.

FWIW, I sprinkled some of Steph's SM Sweet & Spicy on the meat!

So after frying the sliced steak on the flat-top, I sautéed the onions and peppers, covered it with cheese and placed on a soft seeded roll with some garlic & butter!

Freakin' delish!

Tomorrow, I will grill, I swear!
