First cook on this UDS; smoked 3 hours, foiled bone down in apple sauce for an hour, then 1/2 hour back on the smoker basted in bbq sauce.

Falling off the bone yum; you can probably see they are missing a bone LOL, that fell out after an hour foiling.

Never tried applesauce, I just use the juice. Going to have to give that a try - great job!!
