Should have added this to my previous post...

We took this class in early 2012 and thought it was great. Would def. suggest taking it. We found it to be very informative and Chris is a great teacher. We learned a lot.

Highly recommended. Yes, Chris has a book out, but there is a lot in the class that isn't in the book.

We won zero grand championships between 2006 and 2011. Took Chris' class in February of 2012. Won three grands and one reserve in ten contests in 2012 and made it to the Jack. It was not a coincidence. Great class.

I took this class in 2012, it had a lot to do with becoming 2012 Jack Daniel’s World Brisket Champion. There are many classes out there, I would not miss this one..
