Chef'Store, Anybody?
It's a new chain, put together by US Foods. The first store just opened in Charlotte, NC, a week ago and we've got one almost finished here in the OKC metro (the old Ultimate Electronics on I-240 & Walker for you locals).
Charlotte's grand opening flyer looks pretty good: http://www.usfoods.com/ChefStore/Pages/USF_C&C_Low%20Res.pdf I "talked" to them via Facebook and there is a membership involved, but it's free. Anyone know anything or been to the Charlotte store yet? Arlin

Looks fantastic! Wouldn't mind having one around here, although Culver City has a lot of really great food/equipment type spots around - but another one would be more than welcome.
