Wife and kids are gone tonight so I decided it was time for a good steak. Grilled the rib eye and sautéed some mushrooms and onions. In my opinion nothing goes better in a steak.

That looks fantastic. Shrooms are the bomb, and even the salad adds a little to that plate!

I can only dream of a day when I can roll around naked in a sea of ribeye topped with grilled mushroom and carmelized onion. Great looking cook !

Very nice! My absolute favorite meal when the wife is out of town. I kinda go overboard by sauteeing a whole onion and a lot of shrooms...
