Hey there, Pacific NW BBQ Crew!!
BBQ Pitmasters and Original Media are now casting Season 4 and we are looking nationwide for the best BBQ pitmasters (and their helpers) to compete. I am reaching out to you to see if there was a way we could put the word out to your members in a hurry BUT if you have someone in mind immediately, by all means, have them get in touch with us right away!
We are casting the “Best of the Best” BBQ Pitmasters across the country. We want people with years of BBQing experience and major wins/awards/accolades in the BBQ Universe. Each Pitmaster must have their own pit set-up with which to compete.
Dates and specifics are being worked out at the moment and details will be provided as they materialize, however we are casting immediately, so the sooner we can get in touch with some Pitmasters, the better.
I’ve attached the instructions for applying, but essentially, I just need an email with pictures and a brief “hello” to get the ball rolling! [Bryan: Instructions are copied below]
If you can help or have people to recommend, I’d love to speak, so don’t hesitate to call, especially if you have questions!

FINALLY: Make a 3-5 minute video for us to check out. Please introduce yourself and your
partner, show us some of your food and A LOT OF YOUR PERSONALITY. Don’t worry –
we’re not expecting videos of Hollywood production quality, but comedy helps! More than
anything – the cooks’ personalities and a demonstration of your unbeatable skills are what matter. Please use the video to tell us why you should be picked, what skills you have, and what sets you apart from the rest of the pitmasters out there!
