Chuck burnt ends/sausage/roti chicken

Tried chuck roast burn ends. Made a sandwich on rye bread and some cheese.

Also made some mild Italian sausage and a rotisserie chicken. Brined in game changer brine and I just hit with some butter and olive oil while cooking.





 
Looks delicious, I am like you I like the flat too much to cut it up for burnt ends so I have never cooked them, using a chuckie is a great alternative that would yield close to the same results I would imagine. good job :thumb:
