just want to double check before I finalize the shopping list

steak, chicken, sausage and lamb? KCBS garnish?

is that right? We have only done one grilling comp this year at Lake Placid and that was just steak and chicken.

Don't think there's any chicken and you're missing fish. KCBS garnish only.

12:00 Fish turn in
12:30 Lamb turn in
1:00 Sausage turn in
1:30 Beef Steak (of any kind) turn in​
 
Willie you beat me to it!!!!!! Isn't that a form of steak...........tube steak. And remember if you want a higher score use Hebrew National!!!!!!!!

And powdered sugar. It adds a nice flair at the end. Though the peanut M&M and banana peel turn-in I saw from Maine may give the "corn dog surprise" a run for its money.:biggrin:
