I had cooked up extra pieces of chicken just for this occasion.
And man did it turn out some great tasting pizza. I just need to learn how to regulate the heat on the egg a bit more.

Just put on the stone.

it looks great!

preheat the stone for at least 30 minutes.

when the egg has cooled, tighten the two band bolts until they bend a little. if they aren't bent, they are not tight enuf...

Pizza on the grill...can't go wrong....I'll try a slice!
