Roll Call. Inside 30 days. West Coast BBQ Classic Long Beach, CA 5/10-11

My first time at a BBQ comp. Just an observer.
Really enjoyed being there and learned allot about how things are set up but still have no idea what I need to do to be competitive.
I hope to join the comp crowed one day.
My Son was so excited to see everything going on and all he could talk about is competing one day. He's 11.

I went to the comp had a great time. Cooler full of beer and all hidden in my kids cartwheels wagon.
