Freshly ground Lamb .
Blended with a garlic,Mint Yoghurt,and a tandoori spice mix.
Cooked over Charcoal and eaten with a bucketload of beer:thumb:
Salad was garden fresh with roasted Tomato.

That's how we do!
Last Kofte I ate was a couple of years ago in Istanbul.

No idea,I buy it pre blended from a little Asian shop thats local.
Would be useless asking as they speak very little English.

Titch If I was to stick those on the big flat scewers you got for me, Would I need a binder? What do you do?

Sorry I missed this.
Mick I mince some as fine as Sausage mince(very Fine minced Folks)
And do as the Urbangriller said,work the meat,makes it sticky.
we do not use a binder but do use dried onions and herbs.
