Trying out a couple of rubs from Simply Marvelous.
The Sweet Seduction was already wrapped up and this is their Cherry Rub last night:

I've got some sausage in the fridge that will be thrown on an hour before the ribs are done. Now trying to decide what sides to go with....

The fire box got sanded down and repainted yesterday so I lathered it up with some oil today before the cook.

Halfway through

Wife decided to invite guests so I had to run to the store to get some chicken. Decided to go with Chicken Lollipops.

Did them with half the rack sauced, because the wife said "You know I like sauce on my rack"....

They came out nice and tender

Here are the Chicken Pops

And to round it out, we had some Chicken Sausage stuffed with smoked mozarrella cheese, garlic and artichokes.

It all turned out great with some tasty sides and ice cream sandwiches for dessert!

Marvelous, Simply Marvelous! So you rubbed them all night? Do you notice a difference between rubbed all night or just for an hour?

I wasn't sure if it was the new taste of the overnight rub or not to make them better, but I do think that rubbing them the night before or at least more than an hour ahead of time (like I usually do) does create a difference. The biggest difference was that the rub made a nice bark on the ribs and there wasn't any dry rub just sitting there on top a couple of hours into the cook like I have had in the past.
