Steak n Eggs on the Hasty Bake (Thanks Phrasty!)

The weather cooperated this week so I had the chance to use the Hasty Bake again.
I love it!

My hens are really keeping me supplied with eggs..

I seasoned a couple of ribeyes with some Cattle Punch that kind Brethren Phrasty sent! (Thank you!!)

fried some tatoes and onions until just tender then threw the steaks on..

added a few leeks.. (I love grilled leeks)

then some fresh eggs.. I basted in butter to set the tops..

I combined my grilled leeks with my fried potatoes, topped the ribeye with the eggs...

Phrasty's Cattle Punch was killer!! I love it... Thank you again.

I hope to try the Hog Dirt soon!

That Hasty Bake is looking a bit too clean for my liking though... you gotta do some more cooking on it and get it dirty!!!
