28 day dry aged Rib roast

Well the boss and I had our amazing dinner. I have to say it was incredible! The meat was so tender you didn't even need a knife.

Had it with some dere little trees called asparagus or something :blah:

At least they were drenched in butter and cracked pepper :wink:
