I saw sirloin steaks on sale at my local supermarket for $5.99 a pound, so I grabbed a few packages.
My son wanted burgers, so I did them both.
I made a pan of sauteed onions and my wife made some small, red parsley potatoes.

It was good!

Those steaks look great. The local market around here has NY sirloin on sale for $4.39 a lb. so I might have to stock up on some.
 
Look great! I don't think your steak was large enough though....jeez it's like half the plate!
