Chicken , beer and smoke

This was my first attempt

Bought a few cans of Hairoun beer (from St. Vincent)


Stuffed a chicken with fresh herbs and seasoned with a homemade rub mix


Let it ride on the UDS et voila!
 
Thanks for the love guys. The list of things that i don't think i will ever cook in the oven again is growing steadily because of this smoker.
 
Folks say that Beer Can Chicken does not really work but it sure turns out tasty. Color me confused :wink:
 
Well, what did YOU think of it?

It was really succulent and even the breast meat was tender and moist. It's now on the list of things I don't want to cook in the oven again. Smoker all the way for whole chickens in the future.
