Home corned beef, 5-day Tenderquick style arm roasts. Family wanted traditional boiled dinner and I wasn't about to boil anything from our brisket stash. Figured any lean tough cut could mimic brisket for this. Came out DAYUM good! Happy St. Patrick's Day Farkers and Farkettes!
