It's almost time for our 2nd annual event at the Tri State Exhibition Center just off I-75 exit 20. Ricky Skaggs will be entertaining on Friday night with the normal KCBS competition schedule on Saturday.

We'll be there cooking BY and the hubs and I are discussing doing the judging class on Thursday as well (last I checked it still wasn't full...).
 
Thunder Road Smokehouse will be there. We attended last year and had good time. Looking forward to the entertainment Fri night!
 
901Q will be there as application is in route. First time participant for this one but have heard nothing but good things. Looking forward to cooking again after the nearly month long drought. Love that end of TN.
 
I am declaring Thursday as "pina colada" night. Stop by my camper....just listen for the blender to find us!

Jacks Old South is on the team list for Maggie Valley, NC the same week end. Does that mean that Myron is only listed as the head cook for one of the teams? Which one will he be at? Inquiring minds want to know.

Jacks Old South is cooking in Cleveland. Myron Mixon Smokers BBQ Team will be in Maggie Valley with the smoker display.

Good question. I asked the same thing.
