Simple food cooked over an open fire, is quite often far better tasting than an
expensive meal, cooked by a famous chef in a gourmet kitchen.
If I ever had to choose between eating one of Jeanie's campfire meals; or a
meal cooked by Emeril....Jeanie's campfire meal would be first choice.
I suspect most everyone here would make the same choice.

I just realized that I have never had steak and eggs. I did have massive ham steak and eggs with Brother kcquer one time and that was farkin excellent. Yours looks and sounds great. I've gotta try it now, "Jeanie style." That looked perfect.
