I been wanting beef short ribs so long now. It's like I can almost see them laying here on the smoker. Weird huh?

They got finished off before I took any. I just pulled the butts, foiled and packed warm towels around them. Pictures later of them and pulling and slicing in the morning.:hungry:

I think I burned them.

Maybe not, I pulled them from the cooler where they were still hot. Took liberties with this chef's treat while I let them cool and rest.
