Smoked Chicken = Chicken BBQ Pizza
1st off I started out with a brined bird, then smoked on one of the BGE’s, made a homemade BBQ sauce and topped with red onion, orange bell peppers, fresh basil and 3 types of cheese.
Pie 2 had a pesto sauce and topped with artichokes, mushrooms, 3 cheeses and fresh basil. Both were made with homemade crust. Looks great! I like any kind of pizza with pesto.
Do you yank the parchment so the crust can cook on the stone for a bit before you pull it off? |
