I wasn't real hungrytonight due to heat but had fresh walleye. made up a large baby lettuce salad with some 'shrooms, egg , kalamata olives and horseradish cheddar cheese on it with balsamic vinagarette dressing. did the panko treatment on the fillets then pan fried in peanut oil. hit the spot!
