Plowboy Chicken & Blues Hog Ribs
I tried my latest shipment of Plowboy's Yardbird Rub, man, it's better than I remember it. Thanks Todd.
Yesterday I heard the chanting "we want sauce, we want sauce", so I broke out some Blues Hog Tennessee Red for an end glaze on these baby backs. Looks great. Last night after our feast, I was thinking, "I guess I won't want bbq for a few days." Today I'm trying to figure out what we have thawed out. :)
