So after seeing Titch's post a while back, http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=283462 I decided to cook some up. Googling I've decided they are either flattened Aussie meatballs or thick Aussie sliders. But they are good, go make you some.

Forgot that Titch smoked his, I threw them on the Blackstone. Sorry forgot the action shot.

Oh man. Reminds me of Salisbury steak with mash potatoes and gravy. The carmelized onions just throws it over the top. I would need a nap or two after eating that!
 
I have this on my to do list after we get into the new house in the new wood fired pizza oven.
